All refunds must be requested before the collection closes. If the collection has closed and the funds have been used you will not be able to request a refund on your contribution.
To refund or cancel your contribution to an ongoing collection, please email customer service at support@givetastic.com, or contact us via the platform's dedicated chat service.
After we receive your cancellation/refund request, the team will process your request and determine whether you are eligible for a cancellation/refund. Please allow at least 7 days from receiving your item to process your refund.
Once a collection has closed and the funds have been transferred to a gift card, or transferred to a bank account we are unable to process refunds. Please contact the creator of the collection and request a refund.
