Refund policy


All refunds must be requested before the collection closes. If the collection has closed and the funds have been used you will not be able to request a refund on your contribution.

Refund Process

To refund or cancel your contribution to an ongoing collection, please email customer service at, or contact us via the platform's dedicated chat service.

After we receive your cancellation/refund request, the team will process your request and determine whether you are eligible for a cancellation/refund. Please allow at least 7 days from receiving your item to process your refund.


Once a collection has closed and the funds have been transferred to a gift card, or transferred to a bank account we are unable to process refunds. Please contact the creator of the collection and request a refund.
